It comforts me to know that there are other people who still think of, and respect, Lee Moran. Lee was, and still is, my father. There is not a day that goes by when I don't remember and miss him.
I had the opportunity to do some training with my father in the past. And although he was no boy scout, he was still very focused when it came to his workouts. Any successes he had came from consistency and the pure desire to achieve. Needless to say, he was not a lazy man.
He had already made several trips to and from the hospital by the time we were going to the gym together, so his workouts were not what they had previously been, numerically speaking. However, I believe the concept was still the same. Obviously the emphasis was on strength training, and he preferred to do it the old fashioned way. Higher weight, lower reps and alternating days between upper and lower body. In those days, light cardio followed the workout. In all honesty, I wish he could have added more cardio to his workouts years earlier. There is a possibility that he may have been around a little longer....
