1) What muscle fibre does it stimulate and work?

2) What is the carryover from teh Safety Squat Bar to a powerlifting squat?

"you can do less weight but with proper cycle training you regular squat weight will improve quite a bit"

1) What to you attribute improvement in the regular squat from performing the Safety Squat to be?
