You sure are motivated to get them big guns ! A guy at the gym where I workout told me about a site where guys specialize on their arms, called Mike's Arm Gallery- ALOT of puds with ridiculous claims to their arms, but a few guys have HUGE freakin arms, one guy on there has the BEST SET OF TRICEPS I have ever seen- period, just freakin HUGE !!!!!!!!! is he natural, don't know- but he might have his routine listed somewhere.
