I'm interested in body building my lower back. I do RDLs and GMs but in the explosive style as I'm a weightlifter (the form mimics the second pull). Hence I'm looking for a general mass builder to pad the lower back area. Would a high rep Barbell 45-degree Hyperextension be the best way to go? Or are stiff legged deads the way to go?
