Be careful to not overtrain when it comes to your arms. I highly suggest decline skull crushers with an ez curl bar, for 5 sets of 5 reps (5 x 5). Make sure that you do them so that you can get 5 reps with some effort but you cannot do 6 reps. Your arms will grow. I know some folks swear by close grips bench and dips, (both of which I do from time to time) but to give your arm the horse shoe U shape, do decline skull crushers and they will grow. Mine have grown about 12% larger over the last 6-8 months doing these.
