Tri-bar do you mean EZ curl bar? (such as skull crushers) like when you say decline tri extensions.
As of now for the past couple of months i been doing arms twice a week (tris & bi's)... basically my routine consists of:
V-Bar Pressdown Cables
Overhand Pressdown
Single Pressdowntwo days later i do:
incline skull crushers
closegrip bench
overhead ext (w/ dumbell and or ez bar)basically one day is iso or auxillary and the other day is core excercises... my main concern is just fulfilling the horseshoe for the appearance of a bigger tricep and arm in general... is there any sort of kick back i can do or rotation w/ some specific excercise (french press?) oor something allowing me to isolate the lateral head....
one thing i have just started doing that feels good, but not sure if its quite accurate is leaning over resting my head apon a inclined bench, and doing kick backs simultaneously and twisting my arm as in supination palm facing floor kind of thing once again lookin for that lateral head.
