Thanks King for your help. I think I need to work on bringing my elbows in as I descend with the weight too. I have a meet on the 26th and I hope that I will be able to handle the shirt and get the weight down that day. The squat and deadlift I'm good on its just the bench Im worried about or just getting the weight down rather. Tell me this....how can I touch my upper stomach with the bar without making my wrists roll over? I tried that in my 1st meet and my wrists rolled over and I lost the bar. That scares me. Im just soo used to bringing the bar to my chest area.
