King thanks for your response. I will try those few tips here shortly and see if it helps. Iv tried touching lower on my chest but what happened is that it caused my wrists to roll over and I lost the weight. I bet I hold the weight an inch off my chest trying to get it down for 3 minutes or longer and I fight it more pulling it down than pressing. Iv got a meet coming up on the 26th and man I wanna be able to do a good lift.Thank you for your help- Brian
