Need some advice on this please. I have a Katana s/s shirt and it fits pretty tight like its supposed to. My problem is that I cant touch my chest when I come down w the weight.What do I need to do to get the bar to touch without struggling so freakin hard when its 2 inches from touching my chest. Iv tried 460lbs in a meet and couldnt get it to touch. Do I need more weight or is my form off or what? This is soo frustrating for me. Any advice much appreciated..thanks
