A great way to work the lats is bent barbell row. If you're looking to put on mass and bulk up, then I recommend doing them the powerlifting way by letting the bar down to the ground after every rep and going higher reps. If you're just looking to tone up for now, don't let the bar hit the ground until you're done with that set. All depends on your overall goal and what you're specifically training for.
