OK, just trying to get some advice on my training scedule, and if i should add more, or different lifts. My sets and reps are always different, it all depends on how my lifts are going, and if i think i can push more out.

Monday
bb bench
db incline bench
flys
pec dec
Ab workout

Tuseday
Squat
Step ups
lunges
deadlift
leg curl
seated calf raise
standing calf raise
back ext.

Wednesday
lying tricep ext.
tricep kickbacks
triccep pushdown
ez bar curl
hammer curls
forearm work
Side raise
front raise
behind the neck shoulder press
delt raises

Thursday
db shrugs
bb shrugs
Lat pulldown
one arm rows
t bar rows

I dont feel like my shoulders get enough work, or my lats, i never feel the burn in my lats, i feel them more in my biceps or forearms, if u could also help me with that. by the way im 15, had knee surgery not to long ago, sqauting 195 max, 180 max bench, and about 250 deadlift
