Excel Strength and Fitness, though commercial from what I understand, has Eric Cressey and Brad Cardoza as trainers and lifters - along with some other top notch guys. Cardoza also owns Pinnacle Strength and Fitness in North Darmouth (wherever the fuck that is..) Now I haven't heard of either of these gyms you make mention of, so I'm gonna check those out. Hope that helps man.
