Maybe I was doing too much endurance work. Today I used low reps (3) and felt pretty good. I started off with 275 but felt like I could have pushed for more. The next 2 sets I went up to 280. The last time I used 280 in a workout I had to down the weight the next set. I guess if I can keep increasing my 3 rep workout my 1 rep max has to go up.
