I used to bench heavy on Monday. Deadlift heavy on Tuesday. Heavy shoulders and Triceps on Thursday. And then do heavy squat on Friday. I did this for about 8 years, I wasn't sore, slept fine, appetite was healthy....the only clue I had to over training was my lifts were fairly stagnant. The reason why I wasn't sore or had no signs of overtraining, except for not lifting anymore weight then I had for years, was my body was used to the overtraining.

It seems to me you are stretching one squat workout to a week long program. Why not do it in one day and use the rest to do other lifts?
