Bill You have a impressive raw squat! What box height do You consider parallel, and how tall are You? Do You squat close, medium, or wide stance? What is Your best raw and geared deadlift? On a side note 550 plus 20% equals 660. 660 plus 25% from the benefit of "whore" depth equals 825, not 1000. I dont think there is a lifter on this planet that gets more than a 50 percent increase from a monolift, a wide stance, double ply canvas and bad judgeing combined, but "ergogenic aids" is another thing entirely! My point is why do all of the really great powerlifters deadlift well, but We are seeing so many guys squat 1000, but deadlift 700 or less, I think We all know the answer! Mike.
