I started working out with a freind of mine who is a wrestler in college. So i do the same lifts as them high weight low reps work a lot on explosive power ect. ex. (bench) 135x10 155x8 175x6 195x4 205x1-2 then decline incline then free weight for the 3 then butterflys then tri's & bi's low wieght high weight then run a mile is our mondays.wed. shoulders, fri. back & bi's tri's high weight.
