Im 21 I've been lifting for about 8 months now i just got on a real program about 3 weeks ago. Im 155lbs(about 13lbs gained) i eat like 6 times a day to keep my weight that high. right now im benching 230lbs(75lb gain) i really want to get up to 300 whats a good way to get it there. Any advice? I also run around around 7-9 miles a week.
