Bench is fine to do twice a week, but take 2 to 3 days inbetween, I don't know anyone that does deadlifts or squats more than once a week personally. I do deadlifts, I don't do squats but a lot of my friends do, and it's once a week. Your body needs a lot more rest days for those exercises as they work so many parts of your body, etc.

My brother does good with bench once a week, I personally do better with bench twice a week, one day light, one day heavy.
