My main thing is this, the heart is the most important muscle in the body and it needs exercise too. You shouldn't do probably more than a 10 minute warm-up before you start your main workout, or you will tire yourself when it comes to maxing, but you should do the warm-up and then after your done before you leave you can do a longer period of cardio - between 20-30 minutes is good! This way your not over doing and you don't tire yourself out before your hardest lifts. Sometimes after I do my hardest part, bench, deadlift, etc. then I might go grab another 10 minutes before I do the light part, up to you - kind of have to see what works best for you! God Bless!
