I will also strenghten my abs. I missed to do it regularly.
I think itīs nothing wrong with adding an extra day for abs and
FrontSquat and BackSquat-Technique with light weight (in addition
to FrontSquats in my regular Squat-routine)
Last week I squatted with a friend of mine and he has no
difficulties to keep his back upright even when squatting without
a barbell. He could even touch his hacks with his butt without
bowing his lower back. Beside he did athletics he works out his
abs 2-3 times a week.
