Sounds like your core, abs, are weak. It seems as though you need to let your core catch up with the rest of your body. I like front squats for strengthening my core since it forces you to stay upright. You will have to sacrifice lbs for form until you are able to handle the bigger weights. Once you can handle the weight with the front squat your core should have caught up with everything else. I will also do standing crunches with the cable.
The biggest thing, don't let ego get in the way, do proper form and drop the weight until your core catches up. When I started doing front squats I think it was only with 25 lbs on each side of the bar.
