Squeeze the shoulder blades together, just as in a bench press. Look at the ceiling, and tighten the abdominals. Upper body stability is very important to balance and groove.You will find that it is easier to breathe with proper setup. I hope this helps!( I wish I could write auf deutch to make it clearer!)
