im 6'1 in a half 250lbs for the life of me i cant bench 405 i lift heavy two times a week but i do run three miles a day but not on heavy days and for some reason im getting pain in my area between my pecs and shoulders in the front of my chest what can i do to overcome all advice is welcome no NO SUPPLEMENTS!!
