Nah, I never warm-up. I guess that's part of the problem. But my doctor has said that my problem is that I'm doing too much weight, and to scale back some. I really don't think he knows wtf is up with me, so I see that as a cop-out diagnosis. How on earth is 185 too much weight? Granted, that is my 10 rep max but in the grand scheme of weightlifting that's featherweight. I don't know maybe he meant for my size that is too much weight. Anyway my new plan is to lift for a week, and rest for a week. My shoulder can usually last three lifting sessions before the pain is just unbearable, then I have to ice it down for a week so I can lift the next week without without the pain being unbearable. I'm going in to the chiropractor so that he can tell me what is wrong with me, but he hasn't told me to stop lifting, just to scale back.
