I'm about the same weight. I usually do a routine like this. I'm putting in lower weights to account for your 185x10 max
115x10
135x10
155x10
185x5
195x10 (go for max reps here)
155x10 x 3 sets
I do way to many reps, but never really get hurt while benching. When you reach the 195x10 then next week for for 200 ect....
