You may want to take time off. I had a shoulder injury for awhile, only hurt when benching. So I lightened up and used dbs for awhile til it felt better. Started benching again and it came back. My chiro said I needed time totally off. He did stim on my rotator and I did isometric rotator exercies every day. I'm at end of week 3 and finally I feel 100%. He told me take one more week off and then I'm back.
