ANdy that all depends on you and how hard you train and how well do you recover. You can and will get stronger traing each once a week. I have trained Amanda that way for six years and her strength continues to have great gains. However putting on size by just Powerlifting will only work for a short period of time. You need to mix your training with lighter weights and more reps in addition to what you do with your strength training to maximize muscle growth. Remember size and strength are two different things. Bigger muscles do not always mean stronger muscles.
