Give Dennis a call and see if you can train with him or if he knows of someone already in the game to train with. You will learn a lot from just training with the experienced guys and the Lewiston crew ia always more than willing to help, Dennis, Thomas, Tony, anyone of them will be willing to give you a hand.
Thomas had a team of young lifters.
