In Response To: Incline vs Flat (House)

For me, there's a huge difference between what I can solidly bench on a flat bench versus the incline. My single rep flat bench is around 315-320 pounds at the gym, my decline is in the 330-340 range, and my incline is probaly 235-240 at best. With that being said, I would add that I think my biggest overall weakness in my bench right now is my shoulders....and it's likely that the shoulders play a more significant role in the incline bench than in the flat or decline. Hope that helps.
