HEY
MY NAME IS ZAHED.
AS OF 7 MONTHS AGO I HAVE STARTED POWERLIFTING AND STONELIFTING. IM MORE INTO STONELIFTING IT IS NOT LIKE THE STONE LIFTING EVERY ONE SEES TODAY, THIS IS A TOTALLY DIFFRENT KIND. NEWAY WHEN I STARTED I WAS 111KG IN WEIGHT DID NOT BOTHER TO LOOSE WEIGHT UP UNTIL ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO. I DID NO CARDIO. JUST WATCHED WAT I ATE. I HAVE BEEN ON 97KG NOW FOR 2 MONTHS. I HAVE TRIED CARDIO FOR THE LAST 6 WEEKS I AM EATING PROPERLY ASWELL DOING MY ROUTINE 6 DAYS A WEEK TRAINING. BUT CANT SEEM TO LOOSE ANY MORE WEIGHT I AM CONFUSED TO WHY I CANT. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. THANKS APPRECIATE IT. BY THE WAY I DRINK MY PROTEIN SHAKES, HAVE MY 3 TIMES A DAY AMINO ACID TABLETS BUT STILL NO DIFFRENCE.???
