well with that long of a lay off your repaired side muscles have probably gotten very week.in turn your other side is compensating. after you barbell benches move to some light dumbell benching for assistance work.DONT DO PECK FLYES.that will isolate the pecs to much. move up gradually in weight and intensity but move very slowly and gradually.it may take close to a year before your back to good strength levels.
