yes i did my last meet training twice a week.

day 1 day 2
sqaut deadlift
bench behind neck press
barbell row chin up
followed ed coans peaking program of making 20 lbs jumps for the sqaut deadlift and 10 lbs for the bench.do your warmups than one top set.my results were very good i went 9 for 9 placed second place in the meet.
