Yes, but you will either have to train twice per day, or take a 30 minute break in the middle of 2 longer(2 hour)weekly workouts. Try this-Take 8 days rest after Max effort work, and 6 days rest after Dynamic effort work, and try to do abs and reverse hypers on both training days of the week. Good Luck!
