Can you train squat with a suit on and bench with a shirt on on the same day. Then do Raw bench and Raw squat on differet days and suited deadlift on another day, and get good results.

Example - sat. Squat and Bench with suit and shirt hamstring work

mon. Bench raw chest tricep shoulder work after

wed. Deadlift with suit and raw squat leg work after

thurs. Ass. work back and bicep and tricep work

train alone mon- fri have a partner on sat.
