I'm 15, 5'10 and weigh 150lbs. I've been and trying to gain strength as fast as possible but I don't know the exact lbs sets and reps to do (squat,dead,and bench) my current max's are 290,275,and 185. Back in November I started squating a lot. I started out at about 235 and jumped to 215 for a set of 15 in about 4 weeks. but i stopped squatting and it went down. If any body can help. Thanxs
