Amazing clip, Dan - had never seen that one before. I've noticed this is a favourite with the Eastern Eurpoean nations and Cubans (maybe because it's low impact on the joints, but still gives you all the conditioning benefits of a full snatch).

Don't let that arthritic knee stop you from power snatching!
