I only use protien powder as a meal replacement, if I'm to busy or I get up to late to make breakfast. Other wise it is way better to get your protien from whole foods. It doesn't take alot to come up with enough protien through food. I'm a super heavy and I can get my daily protien easy by eggs, chicken, beef, fish, I just load up on them and scarf like a pig. Your body will process real food alot better then drinking whey. And then if you turn out to be lactose intolerant you could have a smelly situation on your hands.
