OK, but when are you going to squat heavy? Or did you mean to say heavy squats instead of light squats. Since no other lift uses more muscles then squat, hamstring, quad, erectors, glute, abs, back, it will cause the rest of your body to get stronger just by the fact that your body will react to the added stress by making the rest of your body get stronger just by doing squats, espacially heavy. This is called an anabolic effect.
