My stat sheet on Dead lifts are like market reports. Up and down--up and down. I can't understand what the hell is going on with my DL.
One week I will go in and feel great and get 385 and it will be a fight. Next week I go in and feel like crap and get 405 and it flies up. 3rd week go in and feel good and get 385 again. It's ok to go up and down, but come on now, 20 pounds! And this is NOT the first time. This happens to me all the time. I do the same warm up and have the same stance. I don't get it.
