Plyometrics and Powerlifting

Hey guys,

I've been looking for ways to increase my lifts. I've started doing 4x5 box depth jumps and 4x5 pushups w/ a minute rest bewteen sets. I've started doing these a couple days ago. My question is how often can I train plyos? They seem to have alot less impact than the big lifts. I was thinking every daymon-friday. You think this would be overtraining? Your thoughts appreciated
