Let me state first that I don't use roids. But I do think the hype around roids is over blown.

I believe that roid's are quite possibly the most harmless banned substance there is. From the research I have done nothing works like roids. For me personally I have tried most over the counter supplements and I believe I was just pouring my money down a sink. A good diet is better then any supplement you can take.
