I am 14 years old, and i have been weight lifting for about 6 months now. I am drinkin Whey protein and phosphenage hp after i lift, and drinking lots of water. My question is if i am above average for my age. I can bench press 135 10 times, preacher curl 80 7 times, and sqaut 185 8 times. I do lift 4 days a week, but do different muscles.
