focus nutrition around tranining time. get in some protein and fats before lift. after training get in some carbs a lot of proteing, then eat a lot every half hour for 2 half to three hours untill you get the size you want. dont eat carbs threes after training to stay as lean as you can. dont be afraid on putting on a couple pounds you may have to to make big muscle gains than you can shread the body fat later
