What I like to do is add SLDL right after I squat. Gets a deadlift type movement in on my squat day. And I like to do my GM's right after I deadlift. You are afraid of over training your back? Why? do you have an injury? If you don't listen to your body, when it tells you you are overtrained(always tired, sluggish, extra sore, can't sleep are all signs but they vary from person to person) then you back off. But with deadlifting every 12 days I think you are defenitley safe from overtraining your lower back.
