IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WHO CAN GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON A GOOD WORKOUT PLAN??? IM TYING TO BULK UP AND GET STONGER BUT AT THE SAME TIME KEEP GOOD DEFINITION. I HAVE THE PROBLEM HOWEVER OF I DONT HAVE ANYONE TO WORK OUT WITH AS FAR AS GOING REALLY HEAVY AND HAVEING A SPOTTER. IF ANYONE HAS ANY ADVICE FROM WORKOUTS, TO DIETS, TO SUPLIMENTS IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
