great routine

Hey guys I tried this routine after peaking at 425. I smashed 455 and almost locked out 475. This routine is intense but it worked really well. I used it for bench too but I didn't max on that. I hit 295x2 which was my old max which is some improvement. It might be hard to do for deadlifts I personally couldn't handle it. I weight about 155 and compete raw. I dunno if this routine will vary with equipment or not.
