If you go to a meet and you are always the best,you win get your prize but you fail to get any stronger ie total does not go up is that something that you would be happy with,I think it sucks.I would want to put up bigger numbers than I did before and place last than put up under my best and place first.I know for the very top lifters that does not happend that much and placing is important to them.How many people are at that level.You can only do your best,to focus on placing to me is pointless.
