friendly wager

I am a beginner powerlifter who competed in my first meet 2 months ago and did quite well. there is this guy in the gym who requested a friendly wager between us for next years meet. I am lifetime drug free. 2 days ago he showed me some roids he'd been taking. He is already bigger than me, but I am quite a bit stronger. I train 4 days a week. he does the same. do i have a chance at beating him? I will not use the roids, and will remain drug free. I have overcome guys on the juice in the past. that was football and all i had to do was run them over. this is a bit different (no running start!).
