Hello, I am in the need of a good program for my Powerlifting, I was wounded in June and just started lifting. I had to have total reconstruction of my right shoulder with a replacement. I can bench 195 on a good day but mainly 1RM is 185 bench 255 sQ and 330 DL. I work out at home and would love some help.
