Coan Peaking program week 4

I started off warming up with 6's at 145, 225, and 315. After 4 minutes we loaded up 390. I knocked out the first 8 with no problem or slowdown. On the second set I almost lost my balance on #5 trying to explode through it, and #6 or 7 weren't nearly low enough. I forced myself to do 2 extra going below parallel to make up for it.
We assisted with box squats with 5x3 at 50%. These are finally teaching my buddy how to squat. We also did some leg curls with the exercise bands, and did some work on the machine for hip extensors/flexors. After that we stretched for about 20 minutes. This helps us both, but he's hella unflexible.
Hope tomorrow's bench day goes as well.
We're going to watch a little of the action at the east texas open after workout tomorrow morning, so I'll let you know how both go.
